The General settings page is only accessible to Jira Administrators.
Git Integration for Jira provides a General settings page that contains configuration options for performance and features.
Getting Started
Access the App settings configuration page through the following location:

Jira Sidebar ➜ Apps menu ➜ Git Integration For Jira ➜ Setting Button ➜ App settings.
If you’re using Jira Server or Jira Data Center, view this page instead.
After making changes to the configuration settings, click Save to apply the changes.
