The development panel can be accessed on the following locations.
Issue and Search pages
In Issue and Search pages, the developer panel is visible on the right pane.
Kanban board screen
On the Kanban board, click on an issue on the board grid. On a dialog that displays the selected Jira issue, click Open Git integration on the right sidebar. The Git integration panel is displayed.
